Bookmarks - User Guide

What are bookmarks?

Bookmarks are convenient tabs on the edge of the screen that provide quick access to additional tools and information without navigating to other pages. When you click on a bookmark, a side panel opens with the corresponding content.

How bookmarks look

Bookmarks are displayed as small colored tabs with:

  • Icon - visual symbol of the function
  • Title - brief description of the function
  • Counter (when needed) - shows the number

How to use bookmarks

Opening a bookmark

  1. Find the needed bookmark on the edge of the screen
  2. Click it once
  3. A panel with content appears on the right

Closing a bookmark

The panel can be closed in several ways:

  • Click the same bookmark again
  • Click the cross (x) in the panel header
  • Click the darkened area next to the panel

Panel types

By size

  • Narrow - for simple information (filters, settings)
  • Medium - standard size for most functions
  • Wide - for complex content with tables or charts
  • Fullscreen - takes up the entire screen for maximum workspace

By purpose

  • Filters - adjust data display parameters
  • Notifications - important messages and alerts
  • Tools - additional data processing functions
  • Help - tips and documentation
  • Settings - interface personalization

Unavailable bookmarks

Sometimes bookmarks may be inactive (gray):

  • No data - you do not have information to display

Useful tips

Effective usage

  1. Learn the icons to find the right bookmark faster
  2. Watch the counters to track current information
  3. Use hotkeys where available for quicker access
